Furniture2yourdoor.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payment through your checking account, through the secure online services of www.paypal.com. You may also mail in your order using our convenient mail/fax order form, along with a money order, personal & business check. All Checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check just print out our convenient fax/mail order form. Be sure to enter the correct item codes & sizes. Your check can be mailed to the following address:

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 10 Days for an exchange or refund. To return an item just call or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization Number(RMA). Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges. Refunds are less all actual shipping charges and the Restocking Fee. To return an item just email or call us to receive a Return Authorization Number(RMA). There is a 10% restocking fee charged on all returns, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. Shipments out of their original boxes, without Return Authorization, or assembled items will not be accepted for return. 

We pack items very securely to insure safe arrival. In the event of damage please notify us & the shipping company immediately* (within 2 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. Usually our parts department can send replacement parts to handle the situation. Parts usually arrive within 5-10 days. If parts are not available & returning the item is necessary, a replacement will ship out once the item is returned.

Furniture 2 Your Door makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that slightly off (five inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
 

Delivery

In Stock items usually ship out within 48 hours. Arrival time is generally 5-7 days. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. In this event we will offer an estimated in stock date, which is subject to change.
